Return Policy

We want you to love your Tampon Tribe products—but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. We offer a 30-day return policy, on items that don't work for you, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We do not offer refunds if you change your mind or purchase "accidentally", so please select carefully. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To start a return, please email us at hello@shiftinggaia.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: A $7 postage and handling fee will be deducted from your refund for all returns, except OG TAMPONS - Try Before You Buy.

Try Before You Buy: OG TAMPONS

You have 14 days to try your item, and we have added 5 days of shipping to reach you, and 7 days for you to return the items, before charges take place, 26 days in total. Charges will only occur then. At Tampon Tribe, we’re committed to sustainability and zero waste. Our return fee helps cover the cost of eco-friendly shipping materials and responsible processing—so we can continue offering clean, safe, and plastic-free period care while minimizing our environmental impact. Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges on all Ashers Period Undies! Simply email us at hello@shifitinggaia.com, state your order number and the new size/style/color that you would like in exchange. We will email you a return label, and as soon as your return is received, unworn and with tags, we will ship you your new pair!

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
