Refund Policy We offer a 28-day return policy for skincare products. This means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items Once the product is opened (the orifice seal is broken), we cannot accept your return. We also cannot accept returns on sale items. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item. Refunds Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
