Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, you will need to contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and let us know what the issue is. Send us an email to hello@shiftinggaia.com and include pictures of the damage and a screenshot of your order confirmation email. Once we receive your message, we will respond and make it right with a replacement of your items. If a replacement item (Limited Items, Collections, etc.) is not available, we will refund the full purchase price.
